Calleen Russell Certified Reiki Master and Certified Temple Guide Launches Whispers in the Garden Community

As a certified Reiki Master and certified Temple Guide, she is a midwife of the soul and a clear channel for the Divine Sophia Light. Her work is sacred and intuitive, guided by the wisdom that flows through her voice, hands, and presence. As a vessel of high-frequency light, she holds space for deep energetic healing, ancestral connection, and spiritual remembrance.

Calleen is a Soul Remembrance Guide, Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Sacred Sound Ceremonialist. Her intuitive awareness has always been a natural part of her life, but it became clearer during her years working in hospice care. Sitting with patients and their families at the threshold of life, she held sacred space during some of the most vulnerable moments a person can experience.

It was there that she recognized her gift more fully. She could sense what was unspoken, feel what someone was carrying beneath their words, and gently reflect back what needed to be said in a way that brought steadiness, clarity, and peace.

Over time, she realized this work was not only meant for the end of life. It was meant to help people come back to themselves — to the truth of who they are and who they have always been.

Today, Calleen creates that same sacred space in private sessions and ceremonies, both in person and online. When someone feels truly held and witnessed, something shifts. They begin to clearly hear and see themselves again. They remember that the wisdom they have been searching for has been within them all along.

You work with individuals to release energy blocks. Share your journey.

My work didn’t begin as a spiritual offering. It began as a woman trying to survive her own life.

Like many women, I learned early how to hold everything together. I knew how to be strong, how to adapt, how to keep going. But underneath that strength were layers of grief, inherited beliefs, quiet self-abandonment, and emotional patterns I didn’t yet understand.

My awakening wasn’t dramatic. It was gradual. It was the slow realization that my body held wisdom. That trauma lives in the nervous system. That spirituality is not about escaping life, but about fully inhabiting it.

During that season of growth, I worked as a hospice caregiver in people’s homes. Sitting beside individuals and families at the end of life changed me deeply. It stripped away performance and pretense. It taught me how to be present without trying to fix, rescue, or rush anything. In those rooms, I learned that presence itself is healing.

I also began to recognize something that had always been there. I have an inner knowing. I can hear what is being said, but I can also feel what is underneath the words. Often I reflect something back that feels simple, yet it unlocks something profound. Clients will say, “That’s it. That’s what I’ve been trying to say.” That gift of seeing beyond the surface became one of the foundations of my work.

Over time, I trained in energy medicine, sacred sound, intuitive facilitation, and ceremonial work. But the deepest training came from walking through my own unraveling and return.

Today, I serve as a Soul Remembrance Guide. I help people clear what isn’t truly them so they can come home to who they’ve always been.

How are you empowering individuals today?

My work centers on helping people remember their own inner authority. Many individuals today feel overwhelmed by noise from the outside world — advice, expectations, and pressure to become something they are not. What I offer is a sacred space where they can reconnect with their own wisdom.

My ability to hold this kind of space deepened during the years I spent working in hospice care, where I sat with individuals and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of life. Those experiences taught me how powerful it is when someone feels truly seen, heard, and supported.

Through guided journeys, energetic alignment, and reflective practices, people begin to release old patterns, emotional interference, and energetic blockages that keep them disconnected from themselves. As those layers clear, they begin to trust their own intuition again.

To me, empowerment is not about giving someone answers. It is about helping them remember that the answers have always lived within them.

Share some of the reasons people are reaching out to you today.

People come to me when something inside them knows they are ready for deeper truth.

On the surface, they may describe burnout, repeating relationship patterns, anxiety, spiritual confusion, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Beneath that, there is usually a quiet awareness that they are no longer willing to live outside of who they truly are.

Many of the individuals who find me are capable and high-functioning. They carry responsibility well. They lead. They care for others. Yet internally, they are tired of holding what no longer belongs to them.

My work is rooted in intuitive guidance, energetic clearing, nervous system regulation, and embodied spiritual integration. I am highly intuitive. I don’t just hear what someone is saying; I feel what is underneath it. Often I receive insight in real time and reflect it back in a way that brings immediate clarity.

Clients frequently say, “That’s exactly what I’ve been feeling, but I couldn’t name it.”

Our work together is experiential rather than instructional. We begin by grounding the body and creating safety. From there, I help them see the patterns that have been quietly shaping their lives. Sometimes that includes guided meditation or energy work. When appropriate, I incorporate sacred sound, but the core of my work is presence and discernment.

I do not position myself as the authority over someone’s life. I hold the mirror steadily so they can recognize their own wisdom.

What I have remembered in myself is available to them as well.

Tell us about your vision for the Whispers in the Garden community.

Whispers in the Garden is a sacred monthly membership designed to create a steady place where people can return to themselves.

My vision is to cultivate a gentle yet powerful space where individuals gather each month for guided journeys, energetic alignment, and reflection. These gatherings support participants in slowing down, reconnecting with their inner voice, and releasing what no longer belongs to them.

The Garden is intentionally designed as an ongoing space of remembrance. There is no pressure to keep up or perform. Members can enter at any time and return to the practices and ceremonies as they feel called.

In a world that often feels rushed and disconnected, the Garden offers a quiet place where people can remember who they truly are.

What makes it special?

What makes this work unique is the environment of presence and safety that is created. My role is not to position myself as an authority who has all the answers. Instead, I hold a space where individuals can access their own truth.

Many people today have been taught to look outside themselves for guidance. Within the Garden, they begin to rediscover their own inner knowing.

The ceremonies, energetic practices, and community environment allow individuals to feel witnessed and supported while reconnecting with the deeper wisdom already living within them.

Take us through your programs Pathway of Purification and The Remembrance Garden.

My work unfolds in layers of depth, allowing individuals to engage at the level that feels aligned for them.

The Pathway of Purification is an eight-week guided journey designed to help individuals clear energetic blockages and emotional patterns that have accumulated over time. Through weekly gatherings, reflective practices, and energetic alignment, participants move through a process of releasing what no longer serves them so they can reconnect with their natural clarity and balance.

For those who feel called to go deeper, The Remembrance Garden is a more immersive container designed for individuals who are ready to embody the deeper truth of who they are. Within this space we work with ceremony, reflection, and energetic integration to support a profound level of personal transformation.

Both experiences are ultimately about remembrance. My role is not to direct someone’s path, but to hold the space where that remembrance can naturally unfold.

Please share your One-Hour Online: Sacred Journeys.

Sacred Journeys is a private one-hour online experience designed to open the gate.

It is often where someone begins. Not because one hour fixes everything, but because one hour can activate clarity, awareness, and movement.

In that time together, I listen deeply and respond intuitively to what is present. The session may include grounding, guided meditation, energetic clearing, and intuitive reflection. My role is to illuminate what is ready to be seen and gently release what has been carried for too long.

Presence translates. Energy translates. What matters most is attunement.

Many clients experience this first session as an activation. Something shifts. Something opens. From there, they often choose to continue the work at a deeper level.

Spiritual development is not a quick event. It is an investment in truth, alignment, and embodiment. Sacred Journeys creates the doorway.

I have worked with physicians, entrepreneurs, mothers, spiritual seekers, and individuals navigating significant life transitions.

One woman came to me exhausted from years of over-functioning. She was highly capable, yet internally depleted. Through our work together, she began recognizing where she had abandoned herself in order to meet expectations. She strengthened her boundaries, stepped away from a professional role that no longer aligned, and created space for her health to stabilize. The transformation was not dramatic from the outside, but internally everything shifted.

Another client carried unresolved grief that had been living quietly in her body for years. It showed up as anxiety and constant pressure. Through gentle energetic clearing and grounded awareness practices, she was able to process what had been frozen and reconnect with a sense of peace she had not felt in a long time.

My time as a hospice caregiver shaped me deeply as well. Sitting with individuals at the end of life, I witnessed how much unspoken emotion can surface in those final stages. Simply holding steady, sacred presence often allowed them to soften. Guilt eased. Fear quieted. There was room for peace.

The same was true for their families. When someone feels truly supported and not rushed through their grief, something settles. That kind of presence creates space for a more peaceful transition, both for the one leaving and for those staying.

The transformations I witness are rarely about becoming someone new. They are about releasing what was held too tightly and allowing peace to return.
