The show also features expert-led sessions with professionals in functional medicine, psychotherapy, Reiki, hormone therapy, and mind-body wellness.

You have competed internationally with the USA Kickboxing Team (WAKO). What does it take to be the best?

That chapter of my life was unforgettable. Competing in countries like Ireland, Poland, and Italy with the USA Kickboxing Team (WAKO) was an honor that pushed me to my limits. To be the best, it takes more than physical strength — it takes relentless perseverance and a deep commitment to yourself. Over time, I realized that training my mind was just as important as training my body. Learning breathwork, meditation, and how to master my mindset became powerful tools in my journey. Success is built through discipline, mental resilience, and showing up even on the hard days.

What is your passion outside the ring?

My passion outside the ring has always been about changing lives. It began with teaching self-defense — knowing I could empower someone to protect themselves and not become a victim was deeply fulfilling. Over time, that passion expanded into fitness and coaching. Watching people transform physically, mentally, and emotionally through group classes or one-on-one training never gets old. They gain confidence, strength, and a new sense of self-worth. Just last night, during the finale of Menopause Fitness Makeover, each woman shared how this six-week journey impacted her — their words left me speechless. Seeing someone rediscover their power… that’s what drives me.

“You have the Power to Create the Life You Want.” How are you translating this philosophy when working with clients?

This quote became my mantra during my fighting career — and it’s something I live by and teach every day. I remind clients that real change starts with them. I can guide, coach, and support them, but ultimately, they hold the power to take action. Sometimes, the hardest part is just showing up. I always say, “If you can walk through the door, even on the tough days, you’ll never regret it.” Whether it’s fitness, mindset, or life goals — it comes down to how badly you want it and believing in your ability to make it happen.

What inspired you to launch the “Menopause Fitness Makeover Reality Series?”

The inspiration came from the women in my gym and online community who were silently struggling with menopause symptoms. I kept hearing the same stories — frustration, confusion, feeling alone or dismissed. Most women didn’t even realize their symptoms were linked to menopause. I wanted to create something that would not only educate and empower them, but also show them that they’re not alone. Menopause Fitness Makeover is about giving women hope, tools, and the strength to take back control of their lives.

Tell us about the show.

Menopause Fitness Makeover is a reality series that follows six women on a powerful six-week transformation journey. It’s raw, real, and relatable. The participants push through workouts, tackle emotional and hormonal challenges, and bond through group education sessions. Each week, we focus on different aspects of menopause and wellness — from fitness and nutrition to mindset and hormone health. It’s not just about weight loss — it’s about reclaiming confidence, joy, and energy during a stage of life that’s too often ignored. This is a show that lifts women up and shows what’s possible.

This show is more than fitness—it’s about rediscovering yourself. Menopause is often viewed as a time of decline, but we’re flipping the script and showing how this phase can be one of strength, renewal, and empowerment.

What are some of the misnomers about menopause and how is your show dispelling those myths?

One of the biggest myths is that menopause is just about hot flashes or that it only affects older women. In reality, perimenopause can start in your 30s and there are over 400 symptoms linked to hormone changes — including brain fog, mood swings, weight gain, anxiety, and more. Many women suffer in silence, thinking they’re “just getting older” or something is wrong with them. The show brings these issues into the light, debunks the stigma, and gives women real tools and support to navigate this stage of life confidently and unapologetically.

The “Menopause Fitness Makeover Reality Series” also features expert-led sessions with professionals in functional medicine, psychotherapy, Reiki, hormone therapy, and mind-body wellness. Take us through what we can learn. Each week, our participants meet with trusted experts who specialize in women’s health. We cover the full spectrum — functional medicine doctors explain what’s going on hormonally, psychotherapists address the emotional impact, and holistic practitioners like Reiki healers and mindset coaches help reconnect body and mind. These sessions open the door to options women may have never considered, offering a 360-degree approach to menopause. It’s not about a quick fix — it’s about understanding your body, your mind, and how to heal from the inside out.

What is your mission for the show?

My mission is simple: to empower and educate women. I want them to know they’re not crazy, they’re not broken, and they’re not alone. There is hope, and there are tools available — they just haven’t been talked about enough. This show is a movement. It’s being pitched to networks now because I believe this message needs to be seen by millions of women who are silently suffering. My goal is to break the silence around menopause and start a national conversation that leads to better education, support, and health outcomes for women everywhere.

The series is currently being independently produced and will be pitched to television and streaming networks. Distributors, network representatives, or media outlets interested in discussing the project or arranging interviews are encouraged to contact Christina Rondeau directly.
