You are committed to combating the unrealistic beauty standards and body shaming that are so prevalent in today’s media. Share your backstory.

Growing up, I was surrounded by messages about what made a girl “acceptable” — which bodies were praised, which ones were criticized, and how much of yourself you were expected to shrink to stay likable. I learned early to be agreeable, pleasing, and quiet. I became a people-pleaser long before I understood what it meant to have needs, limits, or boundaries of my own.

Like many women, I’ve had experiences where my body was commented on, judged, or sexualized — and I still encounter those moments today. Some people learn how to respond to these situations, but that doesn’t make the experience any less harmful or any less impactful. When your appearance is treated as more important than your intelligence or your potential, it shapes how you see yourself and how you move through the world.

Unlearning those patterns has taken years. It’s been a slow reclamation — rebuilding my identity, strengthening my boundaries, and learning to trust myself. And while I’ve made tremendous progress, it’s still a living practice.

The Knockout Room® wasn’t created for the girl I was — it was created for the woman I became. The woman who had to dismantle the beliefs she inherited and rebuild her identity from the inside out. It’s a space for working mothers who are doing their own reclamation while raising daughters who are watching their every move. A space where women can explore who they are beyond beauty standards, beyond performance, and beyond exhaustion.

My commitment to combating unrealistic beauty standards is personal. I’ve lived the consequences of those standards, and I’ve lived the liberation of stepping outside them. The Knockout Room® exists to help women reclaim their identity, rebuild their self-trust, and model something healthier and more truthful for the next generation — so their daughters grow up seeing a version of womanhood that isn’t defined by shrinking, pleasing, or performing.

Tell us about The Knockout Room®

The Knockout Room® is my wellness and empowerment brand devoted to helping working moms reclaim their identity, set healthier boundaries, and model self-trust for the next generation. I founded the company because I was tired of watching women disappear inside a wellness culture obsessed with quick fixes, perfection, and burnout disguised as achievement. Too many women are taught to override their instincts, silence their needs, and measure their worth by how well they endure exhaustion — and I wanted to build something that breaks that pattern.

At its core, The Knockout Room® is about reclamation. It’s about helping women return to themselves — to the version of them that existed before the world told them to shrink. My work blends holistic wellness with deeper identity work: boundaries, emotional steadiness, and the kind of leadership that begins at home. I draw on mythic frameworks, archetypes, and the hero’s journey to guide women through modern rites of passage that strengthen both their inner world and their real-world choices.

The ripple effect is intentional. When a woman rises, her daughter watches. Learns. Mirrors. Through The Knockout Room®, I’m helping mothers become grounded wellness role models — choosing truth over guilt, boundaries over burnout, and authenticity over performance. That’s how generational patterns shift. That’s how legacy changes. That’s how a new story begins.

Share how you are helping mothers & daughters on a journey of self-discovery.

My work begins with the mothers. I coach working moms to strengthen their identity, rebuild their self-trust, and exercise their boundary-setting muscles so they can show up as the women they want their daughters to see. When a mother becomes more grounded, more honest with herself, and more aligned with her values, her daughter feels that shift immediately — in the way she communicates, in the way she models confidence, and in the way she honors her own limits.

The transformation is generational by design. As mothers learn to set boundaries, regulate their emotions, and choose themselves without guilt, their daughters witness a new template for womanhood — one rooted in truth rather than performance. This is the ripple effect: when a mother rises, her daughter rises with her.

I help mothers become the role models they always intended to be, so their daughters grow up seeing strength, steadiness, and self-respect lived out in real time.

Take us through the TKR™ Arena and the TKR™ Generational Pathway.

TKR™ Arena is the entry point into TKR™ Universe — the immersive world I’ve built for working mothers who are ready to reclaim their identity, strengthen their boundaries, and shift the patterns their daughters inherit. It’s not a physical space; it’s an online training ground where women confront the inner barriers that shape how they show up in their lives and how their daughters learn to show up in theirs.

Inside TKR™ Arena, mothers move through four rites of passage:

  • Identity Initiation begins with the Mythic Mirror Quiz, which reveals your archetype — the mythic pattern influencing your identity, your habits, and the behaviors your daughter is already absorbing.
  • Embodied Initiation unfolds through TKR™ Games: The Boundary Trials, a seven-day challenge where you practice setting and enforcing boundaries in real time.
  • Deep Transformation takes place inside TKR™ Codex, a five-mission, gamified Heroine’s Journey where you uncover inner barriers, break generational patterns, and rebuild your identity with clarity and courage.
  • Mastery & Legacy continues inside TKR™ League, a membership designed to help you live your new identity, strengthen your boundaries, and stay accountable to the patterns you’ve worked so hard to shift.
  • Together, these rites of passage form the TKR™ Generational Pathway — the full transformational journey that guides mothers from awareness to embodiment to long-term integration. Two lenses shape every step: the Mythic Wellness™ Lens, which helps women see themselves through a richer, symbolic perspective, and the Generational Impact Lens, which ensures every shift a mother makes becomes part of the legacy her daughter inherits.

TKR™ Arena is where the journey begins. TKR™ Generational Pathway is how the transformation unfolds.

Together, they form the backbone of TKR™ Universe — a world where mothers evolve, daughters benefit, and generational stories change.

People often tell me that working with me feels surprisingly light, even when we’re navigating difficult or emotional topics. I bring a sense of playfulness and ease into the work, which helps clients open up without feeling overwhelmed. At the same time, I’m deeply attentive — I listen closely, ask questions that get to the heart of what’s really going on, and help clients see their situation from a clearer, more grounded perspective.

Clients notice that I’m fully present with them. I reflect their words back, help them name emotions they didn’t realize were there, and create a space where they feel genuinely seen and safe. My coaching blends depth with practicality: we explore what’s underneath the surface, but I also guide clients toward tangible steps they can take right away.

    Testimonial #2 – Cassie C.

Working with Demetra helped me see myself and my situation in a completely new way. Through her questions, reflections, and gentle reframing, she creates real awareness — the kind that makes everything feel clearer and more grounded. She has a gift for finding the “most alive” part of what I’m struggling with and keeping us focused on what truly matters.

Her questions go straight to the heart of things. They pull me out of my head and into what I’m actually feeling, helping me name emotions and patterns I didn’t even realize were there. It’s the kind of questioning that stays with you long after the session ends.

What I appreciate most is her presence. Demetra is grounding, compassionate, and deeply attuned. She listens in a way that makes me feel seen, heard, and safe — whether she’s reading my own words back to me, acknowledging my trust, or simply holding space in silence. Working with her feels like being guided by someone who genuinely cares about your growth and knows how to help you get there.

Tell us about co-authoring the book, “Relentless.”

Relentless is a book about what it truly means to keep going when stopping feels easier. It’s not a highlight reel or a celebration of overnight success — it’s an honest exploration of the mindset, discipline, and inner strength required to persevere when life gets heavy, motivation fades, and the path forward isn’t clear.

Readers will find real-world stories, raw truths, and reflections that don’t sugarcoat the journey. Across the 23 collaborators in this compilation, you’ll see resilience not as a performance, but as something built slowly and intentionally over time. We explore how purpose often sharpens through adversity, and how courage shows up in the quiet, unglamorous moments when no one is watching.

Together, we created a book that doesn’t just inspire — it equips. Relentless is a guide for anyone committed to rising, even when the outcome is uncertain.

    What is next for you?

What’s next for me is deepening and expanding the work I’m already building online. I’m focused on growing my audience internationally and strengthening the digital side of my business so I can reach more women who are ready for identity power, reinvention, and real transformation. The online space has allowed me to connect with women across borders, and I’m committed to scaling that impact even further.

At the same time, I’m looking ahead to in-person experiences. There’s a magnetic energy that happens when you gather women who are committed to change — women who are doing the work not just for themselves, but for their lineage. When you put that kind of intention in a room, transformation becomes undeniable.

So the next chapter is twofold: continuing to grow my online community globally, and laying the foundation for live workshops, collaborations, and empowerment events. I want to build spaces — both digital and in-person — where women can rise together, challenge old narratives, and walk out with a renewed sense of who they are and what they’re capable of.
