When did you first find your authentic self?

I put it off until about 10 years ago. I knew I needed to take my own course to give myself the self -acceptance and confidence I had given more than 4.000 people! However, my Conditioned Self was still over-powering my Authentic Self. Who me?  I don’t really need this!! So, my authenticity was compromised, unable to be vulnerable and was blindsided not able to see the true me.  Like many of my clients, I wasn’t conscious of my shortcomings until confronted with a grave crisis.  When I was confronted with a health crisis, I knew I needed to take my own courses and when I did, it helped me see what I was responsible for in this crisis. When I became my strongest, most genuine self, I overcame it.

How did your upbringing shape your values today?

At this time, I could never have become credible working with my primary audience of founders of companies unless any limiting beliefs were released.

I know I am valuable and important and worthy.  This confidence is the result of my process.

My story: The summer I was nine years old, my brother, who was 3 years older than me, rounded up the neighbor boys (there was no girls in the houses closest to ours) and we created a secret club.  As a result of that club our project for the summer was to build a fort.  We had available supplies because just a few blocks from our house, there was a lumber yard.  It just so happened that in those days, before recycling, the lumber yard allowed us to come and pick up their leftover planks of wood. We pooled our red wagons and started this project off with getting needed supplies. Then we spent the whole summer building this fort.  (I still have pictures of all the neighbor boys and me, the only girl grouped around this finished project. I was very proud of my part in building this because I pulled those red wagons on those hundreds of trips just as easily as those boys.

I have a photograph of this fort we built but I wish I had a picture of the fort the next day because sometime overnight, someone painted in white paint on the outside of the fort:  NO GIRLS ALLOWED!

This was one example of the many experiences I had where I learned that society itself saw women as “less than” in business, of how my upbringing wired my little nine-year-old brain with this limiting belief:  Girls are not as strong and not important as boys.

You have worked with over 4,000 high-potential entrepreneurs with your proven system. Take us through working with you.

Step One: As an entrepreneur, first identify your FIRE# (Financial Independence: Retire Early). Because I know every entrepreneur has a “number” he/she wants to make when the company sells,  and this step brings that out into the open as a specific set number we are trying to achieve in the coaching gig.

Step Two:  After the client and I have defined their “number” then they start taking my process called: High Performance Breakthrough, which helps them uncover their limiting beliefs, reveals the unconscious negative thinking and ultimately teaches them how to rewire their brain into a more Limitless Mindset, giving them a positive relationship with themselves.  They become more confident and more efficient because they are no longer distracted by people’s problems or financial challenges.

Step 3. After the HPB process has been taken by the founder and the founder’s key leaders, a team with an unlimited mindset is working for the company. An unlimited mindset is able to generate more work, perform at a higher level and result in a larger bottom-line revenue.

Step 4:  Leaders and Founders go to a 2 day off-site to confirm what they have learned about themselves and how it will make them better leaders and impact the growth of the company.

What will people notice when working with you?

As a coach, my goal is to help them get to their FIRE# through learning more about themselves and uncovering what their life purpose really is.  My difference has been noted to me that I have a way of revealing people’s blind spots in a way they can accept and eventually change. This allows their real self to emerge and begin impacting the company with higher energy and less distraction. What’s different than therapy about this HPB process? I have taken my experience with over 55,000 hours of coaching and I have invented a process, a step by step way to grow yourself and grow your company where there is a beginning and an end.   Simple and it works in a short amount of time, 3 months!

Rave Reviews from Clients:

Even though it’s still in its first year of installation in my company, everyone is talking about the High Performance Breakthrough coaching culture! More people now want to take the personal empowerment course because of other team members just talking about it. Everyone is also super appreciative of the opportunity. The HPB coaching culture has been a transformative experience for our team. It has not only fostered stronger collaboration but also significantly boosted our productivity. Since implementing the specific HPB strategies, we’ve seen a marked improvement in both team cohesion and overall company performance, driving us to new heights of success. We have also received an abundance of appreciation from our employees that our company provided this opportunity and that it’s something they have never even been offered before. This just confirms it’s a true benefit for both the team and the company.

I am part owner of a family management consulting business. Jayne’s process, High Performance Breakthrough, has helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses and been instrumental in my growth as a person and business partner. HPB’s 12-week personal empowerment process has helped us all learn more about ourselves and our purposes in life. It has improved our organization’s structure and communication. Additionally, it has helped our children find positions that foster their growth and success. Self-awareness, fostered by HPB, has given us, as a family firm, the confidence to make difficult decisions and embrace change.

The High Performance Breakthrough experience was a life-changing journey that transformed me both personally and professionally. It provided profound insights into how experiences from my past were shaping my role as a leader, father and husband. I experienced significant growth and had numerous eye-opening moments. This transformative process not only made me a better person but also enriched my relationships and leadership abilities in ways I never thought possible. I highly recommend everyone go through this journey to unlock their full potential and truly understand the impact of their personal history on their present and future.

BEST JOB EVER serves as an algorithm for leaders who believe in the power of investing in their people. It challenges the status quo of profit-centric approaches and champions a new paradigm where happier people lead to higher profits. By exploring the science behind emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience, this book shows how these soft skills benefit individuals and are crucial drivers of organizations success.

What would people be surprised to know about you?

I too have a Conditioned Self holding me back at times.  Also, many people are surprised when they find out that I am still working at 77 years of age.  I feel I am just reaching my prime and I love what I do so much, I will work as long as I can.  I want as many people as can to take my course because it lowers a person’s emotional reactive rate and helps people control their anger.

What’s Next?

I am eager to take as many small businesses as possible through the HPB process and I am eager to engage some of my coaches in coaching with me so I can accommodate even more founders in this opportunity.

The Audible version of Best Job Ever will be out in September 2025!

I have many more books to come!  I enjoy podcasts, interviews, writing articles and being with people.
