Frances Hadley-Ervin is a native of Lakeland, Florida. She is married to Lynn and has one daughter, Whitney. Frances owns and operates educational facilities, providing impactful services to her community. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from the University of North Florida and is currently pursuing her Doctorate at Saint Leo University.

My love for education starts with building a collaborative network and developing programs that align with the Preschool’s and Academy’s vision. They are crucial steps to creating a thriving educational environment that impacts students, families, and the broader community

Tell us about your new book, Journey to Pathville and your main character Emma. 

Emma, a young girl with a heart full of dreams, always believed in thinking big. One day, she stumbled upon a mysterious path that led her to the vibrant town of Pathville. Along the way, Emma met wise mentors and faced exciting challenges that helped her uncover her passion for entrepreneurship. With courage and determination, she turned her dreams into reality, proving that every great journey begins with a single step.

What was the inspiration for your book? 

“My inspiration came from a desire to encourage children to dream big! To boldly and courageously step outside of their comfort zones and believe in their unique potential. Through my experiences as a teacher, mentor, and entrepreneur, I wanted to create a story that motivates young readers to embrace their journey, overcome challenges, and discover the joy of pursuing their purpose.”

The mission is to inspire children to dream big, embrace their unique talents, and discover their purpose by taking bold steps toward achieving their goals. This story encourages leadership, creativity, perseverance, and self-discovery while introducing young readers to the entrepreneurial mindset.”

What has been your greatest joy as a teacher and mentor? 

My greatest joy as an educator and mentor has been witnessing the growth and transformation of my students. Seeing them discover their potential, achieve their goals, and step into their purpose fills my heart with pride and gratitude.
