Join Visionary Leader Shelly L Bell for The Fix My Crown Conference 2026
Shelly L. Bell is a woman who refuses to be defined by a single room. Standing at the powerful intersection of faith, politics, and personal development, she has spent her career proving that you don’t have to choose between a seat at the table and a pulpit in the sanctuary—you can simply build a new building. Recognized as a FORMIDABLE Woman US: Influential Woman to Watch for 2026, Shelly is the embodiment of what happens when preparation meets an unwavering “Yes” to God’s calling.
Join Shelly at The Fix My Crown Conference 2026 (April 25, 2026) designed to provide women with a space to heal, rebuild confidence, and reclaim their identity.
This initiative is rooted in impact—because when a woman is restored, it strengthens families, communities, and future generations.
They are currently seeking sponsors and partners who are committed to empowering women and creating access to transformational experiences.
“This year, we are also extending our impact beyond the conference by preparing and distributing Domestic Violence Support Kits to women in two local shelters. These kits will include essential and comforting items such as reusable tote bags, cozy sock, journals, and gift cards. Each item serves as a reminder that they are seen, supported, and not alone.
This is more than sponsorship. It’s an investment in people, purpose, and long-term impact.”- Shelly L Bell
Shelly, what does Fix My Crown mean to you?
Fix My Crown is more than a name—it’s a movement and a calling.
It represents the sacred work of helping women remember who they are, even after life has tried to break them. So many women carry silent burdens—pain, disappointment, loss, and exhaustion from constantly pouring into others while neglecting themselves.
Fix My Crown is about restoration. It’s about reminding women that their crown was never lost—it may have just been tilted, cracked, or heavy—but it still belongs to them.
For me, it’s deeply personal. It’s ministry. It’s purpose. It’s legacy work.
Tell us about the Fix My Crown Conference.
The Fix My Crown Conference is a transformational experience designed for women who are ready to heal, grow, and reclaim their identity.
This is not just a conference where women sit and listen—it is an intentional, safe, and sacred space where women are poured into, seen, and supported.
Throughout the day, we focus on:
- Healing and emotional restoration
- Identity and self-worth
- Faith, purpose, and personal growth
- Building a supportive sisterhood
Women leave not just inspired—but changed. They leave lighter, clearer, and empowered to move forward in their lives with confidence and intention.
This year, we are also extending our impact beyond the conference. We are preparing and distributing Domestic Violence Support Kits to women in two local shelters.
These kits will include essential and comforting items such as reusable tote bags, cozy socks, journals, and gift cards. Each item is intentional—it is more than a gift. It is a message. A reminder that they are seen, supported, and not alone.
Through this effort, we are not only serving the women in the room—we are reaching those who may not yet have access to spaces like this, meeting them right where they are with compassion, dignity, and care.

You have spent your life supporting women. Share a powerful story of encouragement.
My passion for supporting women is deeply personal.
I was married at the age of 23, and over the course of ten years, I found myself in a place where I wasn’t happy with who I was. I didn’t love myself, and I struggled with how I saw myself, especially after having my first child. Like many women, I experienced weight gain, and the confidence I once had began to fade.
During that time, I discovered that my husband had been unfaithful. I came home one day to an empty house—my electricity had been shut off, and he had left me for another woman.
That moment broke me.
I fell into a deep depression. While I was surrounded by people who loved me, I didn’t feel truly seen. My parents cared deeply, and my pastors encouraged me to stay committed to worship—but what I truly needed was deeper support. My ex-husband was unwilling to seek counseling, and I didn’t have a safe space. I didn’t have a Shelly, a Jules, or a seasoned woman in my life who could recognize my pain, my brokenness, and help guide me through it.
And that changed everything for me. It is the reason I am so passionate about creating spaces where women feel safe, supported, and understood—whether through the Fix My Crown Conference or our pop-up experiences.
Today, one of the most powerful parts of this journey is walking alongside women in their most vulnerable moments and witnessing their transformation. I’ve encountered women who arrive feeling broken—questioning their worth, their identity, and their purpose. Some are navigating deep trauma, while others are simply overwhelmed by life and the weight of their responsibilities.
But what stays with me are the moments after…
When those same women begin to stand taller.
When their voices become stronger.
When they start to believe in themselves again.
I’ve had women share that they felt “seen” for the very first time. Others have gone on to pursue opportunities they once believed were out of reach. And some have simply learned how to breathe again—giving themselves permission to heal.
That transformation—that shift from survival to restoration—is why I do this work.

You are looking for sponsors. Why is this a win-win for everyone involved?
Partnering with Fix My Crown is truly a win-win because it aligns purpose with impact.
For sponsors, this is an opportunity to connect your brand with something meaningful—supporting women’s empowerment, healing, and growth—while also gaining visibility, community engagement, and brand recognition in a purposeful and values-driven space.
For the women we serve, sponsorship creates access.
Many women who attend would not otherwise have the opportunity to experience something like this. Through sponsorships, we are able to provide transformative experiences, resources, and meaningful touches—such as curated gift bags—that make each woman feel valued, seen, and cared for.
Additionally, sponsors play a direct role in supporting initiatives like our Domestic Violence Support Kits, we extend our impact beyond the conference and into the community. At its core, this is about legacy and impact.
This is more than sponsorship—it is an investment in people, purpose, and long-term impact.
What is your hope for the Fix My Crown Conference this year?
Each year is special, but this year feels deeply significant.
My hope is that every woman who walks into that room leaves transformed—not just inspired for a moment, but truly shifted in how she sees herself and what she believes she deserves.
This year, there is a deeper level of intentionality. A greater understanding of what women need. A stronger commitment to creating not just an event—but an experience that lingers long after the day ends.
What makes this year especially meaningful is the expanded impact—reaching beyond the conference walls and into the lives of women who need it most.
Because when a woman heals, everything connected to her begins to change—her family, her community, and future generations.
And that is the heart of Fix My Crown.
