Tell us about Elements 4 Success.
Elements 4 Success was born from a deep desire to empower people to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. The name itself was inspired by Earl Nightingale’s definition of success as “the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal.” Success looks different for everyone—whether at an individual, team, or organizational level—and my mission is to help people discover and pursue what it means for them.
My journey began over 20 years ago, working with young people who had been written off by the system. That experience shaped my belief in the power of transformation and the importance of creating opportunities for people to step into their potential. With a foundation in understanding complex behavior , education, leadership, and stakeholder management, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve the confidence, skills, and tools they need to design a life of purpose and impact.

How are you transforming lives through Elements 4 Success?
Transformation starts with self-leadership. To lead others effectively, you must first lead yourself—and to lead yourself, you must know yourself. At Elements 4 Success, we create environments where brave and courageous conversations can happen. These spaces allow people to explore who they are, what drives them, and what’s holding them back. Through this process of self-discovery, individuals gain the clarity and confidence to lead themselves and inspire those around them.
We empower people to look at the macro and the micro. To create a vision that aligns to where they want to go, and then map it back to where they are now. The greatest transformation takes place when the hard questions are asked and there is a safe space to work through the answers to empower individuals and teams to align to their vision for maximum innovation and impact.
Take us through working with you.
With a strong background in the complexities of behavior, I’m recognized for developing innovative solutions to traditional challenges. I have a knack for seeing beyond surface issues, uncovering the real obstacles, and empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to implement strategies that create meaningful change.
With a solid foundation in creating psychologically safe spaces, working with me is about discovering the key factors that drive transformation for each person or team. Every approach is carefully tailored to address specific needs and objectives, recognizing that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.
The process starts with a thorough understanding of the current situation—identifying gaps, challenges, and opportunities. Together, we design strategies that foster open dialogue, challenge conventional thinking, and support growth. Throughout the journey, I provide consistent accountability and a genuine partnership to ensure that progress is not only measurable but also impactful and lasting.
The process begins with understanding the current state—identifying gaps, challenges, and opportunities. From there, we co-create a strategy that encourages courageous conversations, challenges assumptions, and promotes growth. Along the way, I provide accountability and an authentic partnership, ensuring that progress is not only measurable but meaningful.

Tell us about your High-Performance Workshops.
I don’t believe anyone wakes up in the morning and consciously decides “I want to do a bad job today”. But as a byproduct of not having the right skills, or working in complexity and uncertainty, can mean that leaders do not always show up as they hope to.
Every individual has the capacity to achieve extraordinary things, but sometimes, there’s a gap between where they are and where they want to be. My High-Performance Workshops are designed to bridge that gap. They are for those who are ready to level up, innovate, and push boundaries—whether they are leaders looking to refine their skills or high performers striving for continuous improvement.
These workshops focus on building the mindset, tools, and strategies needed to close performance gaps and unlock potential. Both Individuals and teams leave not only with actionable insights but also with a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
What will people notice when working with you?
The first thing people often notice is my passion for what I do. I am honored to do the work, holding space for people and I do not take that lightly. I walk my talk about being an INFINITE Leader. People often tell me they feel both challenged and supported when working with me. I create an environment where they can explore their potential without judgment while also being held accountable to achieve their goals. They notice my authenticity, my commitment to their growth, and my ability to ask the questions that make them pause and think differently. I am often told that people tell me things that they have never shared with others. I have even been told that some people would not be here, if it was not for our work together. The experience is transformative, not just for their professional lives but often on a personal level as well. Clients walk away from a coaching session or workshop feeling energized and ready and confident to implement actionable steps that are going to improve outcomes. They now see possibility and opportunity because they feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.
Tell us about the INFINITE Leadership Program?
The INFINITE Leadership Program is about unlocking opportunities and possibilities. It’s a journey that combines personal and professional growth, with each letter of the word INFINITE being its own pillar. It facilitates individuals and teams to reflect, review and recalibrate on their continuous improvement journey to create excellence for everyone.
The pillars, Identity, Nurturing (emotional intelligence and agility) Fearlessness,
Innovation, Nobility, Influence, Transformation and Ecosystem are designed to help and empower leaders while also creating a ripple effect of positive change for those they lead. Leadership is not static; it requires adaptability, self-awareness, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
This innovative program, individuals and teams engage in a process that challenges their current thinking, equips them with practical tools, and inspires them to embrace innovation, influence, and impact. It’s not about quick fixes—it’s about building a foundation for lasting excellence.
Can you share a success story?
I received a concerned call from a very experienced leader, who despite her depth of leadership experience was finding that her executive leadership team was not performing well, were disjointed and this was having a ripple effect throughout the organization. Through a series of 1:1, group coaching and workshops over the course of 6 months we were able to identify some key barriers to moving the team forward, and through utilizing the INFINITE model, we were able to create a safe space for brave and courageous conversations. It had such a positive impact that I was asked to implement the approach with a different sector within the same organization. Four years later, some of the staff have moved on to different organizations and still reach out and share how they are utilizing the skills they developed through this work in their new positions that are all promotional positions, that they also received as a result of their personal and professional growth and development.
You will contribute to That Impact Book, please share your topic.
My contributions to That Impact Book focus on personal and professional transformation through themes of achieving, creating, inspiring, persevering, and transformation. Over my life I have navigated a lot of different types of adversity. I hope that by drawing on my lived experiences, the stories and insights I share that highlight the power of self-leadership, innovation, and resilience. It is my aim to empower others and remind them that transformation, though often messy and complex, leads to profound growth, innovation and meaningful impact. I also hope to remind people that they have more power than they realize, and they can choose to walk into their power. As Marianne Williamson said, “you’re playing small does not serve the world”.
