Love Angel is an American foreign immigrant from Vietnam who spent 7 years in a refugee camp as a little girl before coming to America. She moved to California with her parents in 1998. Her family started over in a new beginning, facing challenges and uncertainties.

She found herself struggling with the new language, taking on many part-time jobs to make ends meet. Despite the difficulties, she was determined to build a better life for herself and many others. 

She began learning different skills while working three jobs and going to school full time. Along with taking English classes, she also worked at a chiropractic office for 7 years.

She also went to a cosmetology beauty school, finishing one thousand hours of training to become a cosmetologist. Then, she went to massage School for an additional 1000 hours, hoping to help others find relief from their physical and mental stresses.

In 2006, Love opened her spa called “ANGEL SPA” with a focus on honestly treating customers with physical pain issues, aiming to help them avoid the surgeries recommended by their doctors; over the past 20 years, she has successfully assisted thousands of clients in recovering from pain and canceling their surgery appointments, ultimately saving them substantial amounts of money in the process. Love wrote a movie about her life that was transformed into a screenplay by John Walcutt, and she is currently seeking a production company to help bring this project to life.

Additionally, she is hosting a talk show on her YouTube channel in hopes of reaching out and providing support to those who are struggling with emotional stress, especially stemming from issues such as bad relationships, broken families, and divorce.

I prefer to be called “Love” because I firmly believe that love is one of the most essential  characteristics that God’s children should embody. Choosing “Love Angel” as my pen name when I  publish my books serves as a constant reminder to myself of the importance of Love and the need to  extend it to those around me. I had a privileged upbringing and lived a life of abundance and luxury as a child. Because of my family’s incredible wealth, we could enjoy a life of extravagance. I had become accustomed to a  lifestyle in which delicious food was always within easy access, and servants were always present to  attend to all of my wants. 

My family did not have to worry about money, so we were able to splurge on daily feasts, throw  extravagant parties, and enjoy a never-ending supply of entertainment options.  

In the meantime, my mother became a well-known bridal fashion designer, makeup artist, hairstylist, and enjoyed a great deal of success in her career. In the year 1985, she was honored to hold the  prestigious title of being the designer who earned the most money in her field. 

Since I was five years old, I have learned to design my clothes, including dresses and bikinis, under  the inspiring influence of my mother. Despite this, my family hid a dark secret behind the appearance of wealth and success that we presented to the public. My father was an international spy, a secret agent working on a global scale and legally lying about his identity, but no one outside of our family knew about it.  

Because of the nature of his work, he was required to always keep a low profile, and he was able to  adopt fictitious personas whenever it was required of him. He was a top-secret agent who excelled at  his covert operations and kept his identity hidden from prying eyes. He also guarded his cover identity with skill.  

My memory will always be etched with the darkest chapter of my life, which was the time when my  father’s secret identity was revealed, which led to his capture and brutal torture at the hands of the  adversary. The harshness of reality slammed into me with unrelenting force.  

In the blink of an eye, our once-grand existence was reduced to ruins, and it happened all too  quickly. It was a rude awakening, a break from the illusions I had clung to for so long. During the  time that we were fleeing, my parents instructed me on how to maintain anonymity and move with extreme caution. 

I will never forget the experience of spending six months crammed onto a confined boat and the  unrelenting ocean waves. During those times, I realized how much I valued even the most basic form of comfort, which was stability.  

Every day became a struggle because we were deprived of the comforts of home, including food and  clothing that fit properly.  

When we finally escaped and were brought to the refugee camp for 7 years, the bleak reality of our  predicament became apparent to me right in front of my eyes. Countless people were suffering from  illness and hopelessness, and their cries for assistance could be heard throughout the refugee camp.  

The Word of God provided me with the strength and courage I needed, inspiring me to help others  who were suffering amidst their own struggles. In a place filled with despair, my faith became a  beacon of hope, guiding me to uplift those around me. 

My family was finally granted the opportunity to start a new life in Los Angeles, California, which provided  us with the opportunity to start over. A fresh start from the very beginning, we found ourselves  without any material possessions or secure financial footing as a result of our predicament. We had  to learn a new culture that was very different from our own.  

When we were trying to rebuild our lives with nothing but sheer determination, we faced an endless  number of obstacles. But through determination, we were able to triumph over the challenges that  stood in our way. I knew that to overcome these hurdles, I needed to adapt and learn. I enrolled in  school and studied the language and customs of my new home. 

I discovered my passion for communication and helping others. I shared stories of my own journey  and provided support and guidance to those who faced similar challenges. I also wrote books,  inspiring people with tales of resilience and courage.  

I launched Angel Spa to offer my skills, knowledge, and wisdom that God has granted me to help our great  country of America. These skills cannot be purchased with money but are instead honed through over 20 years of dedicated practice.
