You truly exemplify the art of healing. Can you walk us through your journey from trauma to transformation?
My journey began with divine disruption. At eight years old, a bacterial infection attacked my two eyes and doctors told me I would lose my sight within six weeks. Antibiotics and medicine did not work. Instead of surrendering to fear, I turned inward praying, meditating, and connecting with my spirit guides. My sight returned. At age 12, friends and family would come to me for pain removal. At sixteen, my mother was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy and Hashimoto which caused her to have progressive muscle weakness, difficulties with walking, and performing daily activities. I created a transformational protocol that helped my mother navigate her challenges. That early awakening led me to a thirst for knowledge, to go beyond what I was taught, to go inward, to connect to the Divine, to research, to rediscover ancient wisdom, to study healing modalities and to the 12 universal laws. My transformation came not from avoiding trauma—but from allowing it to initiate my purpose. That’s when I knew—my mission is to guide others through the storm and into their light.
Many of your clients have tried traditional and holistic practices without success. What sets your healing and coaching apart?
I don’t offer “one-size-fits-all” healing. I believe every soul has its own divine blueprint. I meet my clients where soul meets science. My approach is intuitive, multidimensional, and deeply personal. I blend ancient techniques like Reiki, color therapy, breathwork, mandalas, 12 universal laws, light language, with intuitive coaching and energy recalibration. But above all it’s not just about tools; it’s about intuitive alignment. My gift is to help clients access the wisdom of their higher self and unlock what’s been hidden beneath the surface—be it trauma, ancestral imprints, stuck emotional energy, limited beliefs or soul contracts. My Soul Alchemy Immersion is a client favorite. It’s a one-on-one deep-dive into the energetic layers of your being—emotional, ancestral, spiritual, and vibrational, clearing trauma, rewiring limited beliefs, and activating the soul’s purpose. Clients often walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and empowered, having finally released what no longer serves them. For those looking for a more artistic and sacred experience, I also create custom mandalas—visual healing portals encoded with specific energy frequencies unique to the client. These mandalas are channeled tools for meditation, transformation, and manifestation.
What is your philosophy, and how does it translate into your care with clients?
My philosophy is simple: Healing is remembering. We are born whole. My role is not to heal for someone, but to walk beside them and hold the light until they can see their own. I hold sacred space with compassion and truth. Whether through coaching, healing, or art, I meet people in their pain and guide them back to their power. True healing happens when we empower the client to become their own healer.

I combine energy healing, breathwork, intuitive insight, ancestral clearing, spiritual coaching, and sacred geometry. I also teach about the 12 Universal Laws—how vibration, attraction, polarity, and rhythm all influence our reality. My mission is to awaken the divine blueprint within each person I work with—to help them rise from the ashes of trauma, to help people reclaim their voice, power, and inner wisdom. To turn their pain into purpose and live from their soul’s vibration and step into their soul-led life. I believe healing is our birthright, and that we are all meant to shine. I also work with mandalas as energy portals for transformation.
Take us through your books: Eternal Echoes and Awakening the Soul’s Vibration. What is your mission with these works?
Eternal Echoes: The Alchemy of Resilience After Losing Someone to Cancer was born from my personal grief of losing my late husband to it. It offers readers comfort, spiritual guidance, and healing practices to navigate grief and emerge stronger, more open-hearted. Awakening the Soul’s Vibration is a journey of sacred mandalas. Each one a visual frequency to activate healing, meditation, and transformation and to awaken a part of the reader’s soul. It’s not just a book—it’s an energetic experience. Both books carry the mission of remembrance, resilience, and reclamation of one’s inner light. The mission of both books is to bring healing, remembrance, and empowerment—to say to the readers, you are not alone. You are powerful beyond measure.

Share your contribution to The Grand Butterfly Gathering and your friendship with Teresa Lawrence.
Teresa is a soul sister and visionary. We met virtually on a panel hosted by the LA tribune. She invited me to join her to a mastermind retreat in Costa Rica in February 2024. I said yes and as they say the rest is history in the making. I contributed to The Grand Butterfly Gathering: Wings of Change for a Transformed World, where I wrote a chapter about healing my mother. I then flew June 2024 to Jackson Hole, WY to be part of The Grand Butterfly Gathering where I led the crowd in a heartfelt prayer. I felt the energy of transformation ripple through every heart. It was truly an amazing experience to be dressed as a Butterfly, to see kids’ faces brighten up by joy, to release real butterflies in nature and to meet new like-minded individuals. The Gathering itself was a reminder that together, we are creating the New Earth. She asked me in October to be part of her board for her nonprofit organization: The Trueness project, I accepted immediately. It is a great honor to be part of a visionary transformation. I will be going back to Jackson Hole June 2025 to be part of her second year of the Grand Butterfly Gatherings.
How important is gratitude to healing?
Gratitude is a vibrational reset button. It doesn’t deny your pain—it transfigures it. When we shift into gratitude, we open ourselves to receive more healing, more peace, and more clarity. That’s why I created The Gratitude Journal—a space to not only record blessings, but to rewire the subconscious through intentional reflection and energetic awareness with daily practice to help my clients focus on what’s right, align their energy, and amplify the light in their lives
You recently contributed to The Moral Compass by Moe Rock. Do you believe America has lost its moral compass?
I believe we’re at a spiritual crossroads and in a collective soul initiation. The old systems are crumbling—but this isn’t collapse, it’s an opportunity to come together to birth a new Earth, a golden era where we all live in peace and harmony. I believe America hasn’t lost its compass—it’s simply being asked to recalibrate it. My vision is one of unity consciousness: where we lead with love, act with integrity, and create systems that serve the soul, not just the self.
What’s next for you?
There’s a lot on the horizon! I’m working on my next book, The Living Codex: Awakening the Myth Within HER and developing an online course to guide people to reconnect to their soul blueprint. I’ll also be hosting international retreats combining sacred travel, energy healing, and empowerment workshops with creative expression. Possibly turning my Books in an audible format
