You are supporting clients today by navigating identity uncertainty, trauma recovery, and personal transformation. Share your backstory.
I’ve walked through trauma, loss, and identity struggles, and I know what it takes to reclaim your life. I know what it feels like to question who you are and struggle to find stability in your life. I have walked through experiences that have left me feeling lost or broken. I understand the weight of uncertainty, the pain of past wounds, and the difficulty of trying to rebuild your life when guidance and support feel out of reach.
Through faith, community, counseling, and intentional growth, I learned how to process trauma, reclaim my identity, and transform my life from survival mode to one of purpose, clarity, and peace. I discovered that personal transformation is possible when you confront your pain, embrace your experiences, and actively choose new thought patterns and behaviors that align with your values and vision for life.
Because I have walked this path myself, I am uniquely positioned to guide others through their own journeys. I help clients navigate identity uncertainty by helping them uncover their true selves beyond past experiences or limiting beliefs. I assist with trauma recovery, offering strategies for emotional regulation, stress management, and reframing painful experiences in ways that empower rather than define. And I support personal transformation by helping clients set clear goals, develop healthier mindsets, and take actionable steps toward a life of wholeness, confidence, and resilience.
My coaching comes from a place of empathy, authenticity, and lived experience, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their challenges, rediscover their identity, and move forward with clarity and hope. My story is proof that your past does not have to define your future—and I’m here to walk alongside others as they create their own paths to healing and transformation.
Tell us about some of the challenges you have faced and lessons learned.
Throughout my life, I have faced many challenges that shaped the person I am today. Losing my grandmother (who was raising me) at a young age left me without the stability and guidance many young people depend on. As a teenage mother raising children while still trying to understand life myself, I encountered significant hardships, including financial struggles, unstable housing, and limited opportunities due to leaving school before graduating. There were seasons when simply providing food and shelter for my children felt overwhelming, and navigating life without mentorship or direction often left me feeling lost. In addition to these challenges, I endured personal trauma, abuse, rejection, and abandonment.
When I moved to Jacksonville, Florida with my 4 children, my healing journey began. Attending Impact Church became a catalyst for transformation, helping me shift from survival mode to receiving blessings and guidance that I had never experienced before. Over time, I developed resilience, discovered the power of faith, and learned that my pain could be transformed into purpose. Through support from my church family, counseling, and recovery programs like Celebrate Recovery, I began to rebuild my life, heal my wounds, and cultivate peace, joy, and identity.
Today, I use those life lessons through my business, Living Today Life Coaching, where I support military members, first responders, and women who have experienced trauma and loss. My coaching focuses on helping individuals develop healthier thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, manage stress, and rediscover their identity after difficult life experiences. Because I have walked my own path of healing, I am able to connect with my clients from a place of empathy, understanding, and lived experience.
Through every challenge I faced, I learned that resilience, faith, and the right support system can transform even the most difficult circumstances. My story is a testament that healing is possible and that a person’s past does not have to define their future. Today, my mission is to walk alongside others as they overcome obstacles, heal from past wounds, and move forward with renewed hope, strength, and purpose.

As a Faith-Driven Life Coach you are sharing wisdom and practical tools for individuals to heal, grow, and step boldly into purpose. Share your work.
My life coaching sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and peace. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, recognizing that every person’s journey through pain, trauma, grief, and identity discovery is unique.
During our sessions, I guide clients through thoughtful conversations, reflective questions, and practical tools that encourage self-awareness, emotional processing, and personal growth. Rather than giving directives, I help clients identify patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and discover their own strengths and solutions.
My coaching style is packed with care, allowing clients to share at a level that feels comfortable for them. Sessions often include guided reflection, mindset work, and strategies that support healing, resilience, and forward movement. I also provide check-ins between sessions to offer encouragement, answer questions, and ensure clients feel supported as they implement new strategies in their daily lives. When appropriate, I also incorporate practices that encourage grounding, emotional regulation, and renewed perspective.
My goal is to walk alongside my clients as they reclaim their identity, process difficult experiences, and build healthier ways of thinking and living, empowering them to move beyond survival and toward a life of greater clarity, purpose, and emotional well-being.
Tell us about your inspirational book.
My upcoming book, She Is Me: Stewardship of Faith is a reflective and faith-centered journey through the realities of pieces of my life. Each chapter explores a specific topic that many women face—such as identity, emotions, forgiveness, trust, perseverance, or loneliness —while weaving in personal life experiences that reveal how God works through both our struggles and our victories.
Every chapter highlights two women from the Bible, offering a contrast between choices that led to success or failure in each of the topics given. Through these biblical examples, readers are invited to see themselves in the stories and recognize how their own decisions, attitudes, and beliefs shape their spiritual walk.
By combining real-life testimony, biblical parallels, and thoughtful reflection, She Is Me: challenges women to take an honest look at their hearts, learn from the women who came before them in Scripture, and grow into a deeper, more intentional relationship with God.
