You have been a hugely influential Entertainment Reporter and Lifestyle Expert. When did you discover your love for entertainment and celebrity?
My love for entertainment and storytelling began early. As the daughter of hardworking immigrant parents, I grew up with a deep appreciation for resilience, sacrifice, and the power of the voice. I began working when I was just eight years old, and from that young age, I saw how much influence money, media, and presence could have on people’s lives, especially the people I loved.
But what truly captivated me wasn’t the fame or the fortune; it was the human stories behind it all. I was drawn to the emotion, the journey, the “why” behind the spotlight. I fell in love with English class, and I had teachers and faculty who nurtured that passion. They saw something in me and encouraged me to pursue a career in journalism. They taught me how to use my voice, ask meaningful questions, and tell stories that matter.
That foundation has never left me. I don’t just cover entertainment for the glam, I do it because I am genuinely curious about people. I believe every person, whether they are on the A-list or just starting, has a story worth telling. And that is what drives me to this day.
You are known as the “Queen of Exquisite Style,” known for your love for Neiman Marcus. Can you share what is trending?
Currently, it’s all about enhanced ease. In fashion, bold color is making a statement; vibrant pinks, citrus tones, and deep blues are everywhere. Quiet luxury remains strong, yet with a distinct personality—the use of sculptural accessories, vintage jewelry, and rich textures, such as linen and silk.
In home décor, we are seeing a blend of warm minimalism with nostalgic charm, featuring boucle furniture, statement lighting (never underestimate the power of lighting), and timeless prints like gingham and toile. Wellness-inspired design is also a trend: calming tones, sensory fabrics, and spa-like touches are incorporated throughout the home.
Luxury today isn’t loud, it’s thoughtful, personal, and beautifully curated.
You’ve had an extraordinary career interviewing the greatest in entertainment. What have you enjoyed the most?
The interviews I enjoy the most are with people who show up as themselves, the ones who don’t just promote a project but share something real.
Whether it is a music legend, a rising star, or a Hollywood icon, I am drawn to talent who are grounded, passionate, and unafraid to get personal; those moments of laughter, reflection, or raw honesty are what stay with me. I remain incredibly active, covering events, hosting on-air segments, and contributing to several magazines and multimedia platforms. This leaves me little time for a traditional blog. My work spans everything from red carpets and exclusive interviews to lifestyle and wellness reporting, and I am deeply grateful for the platforms that allow me to share those stories.
Currently, I am in final conversations with several networks and podcast platforms, exploring new ways to connect with audiences through various formats. I am being thoughtful about what I take on because I want to do it well and with heart.
