My journey into entrepreneurship began after a fast-paced corporate career, where I supported C-suite leaders in global organizations. I was known for getting things done under pressure, streamlining operations, and managing critical projects and supporting senior leaders. However, I realized that I wanted more freedom, creativity, and the ability to make a real difference to women in business. 

So, I launched The Mears Collective — my business growth agency. Over the past almost seven years in business, I’ve built a reputation as the secret weapon behind many successful female founders, helping them scale their businesses while reclaiming their time and freedom. My work blends strategy, systems, and subconscious shifts to create long-lasting, sustainable success.

How is The Mears Collective a different approach in helping businesses to scale?

Scaling a business is often seen as either purely strategic or operational — but I believe the real power lies in blending both, alongside mindset work. The Mears Collective is not just about systems or delegation; it’s a full-service Business Growth Agency. We help founders create ease and freedom by aligning their strategy, streamlining their operations, building out their passive income streams, and setting them up to launch, and overcoming the mindset blocks that can sabotage their success. Startups especially need this holistic approach because they’re often stuck in survival mode, wearing all the hats. We help them step into their CEO role, build solid foundations, and create a business that works for them — not the other way around.

What are some of the challenges businesses are facing today?

One of the biggest challenges I see is founders getting stuck in survival mode — spinning their wheels, constantly firefighting, and feeling like they’ve built a business that runs them, rather than the other way around. They often struggle to scale sustainably, lacking the time, systems, or team to truly grow. We take them from overwhelmed and reactive to empowered and in control — with a streamlined business, clear strategy, passive income streams, and the freedom to focus on what they love. Finally, mindset blocks often hold them back — fear of letting go, fear of visibility, or imposter syndrome.

We help by creating strategic growth plans, implementing smart systems, and offering mindset support to help them shift into their higher CEO self. We empower women to build businesses that work for them — giving them more impact, income, and freedom.

Take us through your process of working with you.

We start with a deep dive into the business — getting crystal clear on the founder’s vision, goals, and any pain points. From there, we create a bespoke 360 Business Blueprint, a full 360 strategy on all areas of their business for growth, including strategy, systems, operations, marketing and sales.

Following the strategy, I mentor my clients and hold them accountable to ensure they are taking action towards their goals and support them with any mindset obstacles that arise. 

When it comes to implementation, this is where we either support clients with specific projects to streamline their operations or to build and launch their next income stream. Alongside this, I also run events and group programmes focused on Strategy & Subconscious™ to help founders blend business growth with mindset transformation.

I host transformational workshops that combine strategic business planning with powerful mindset work. My in-person Group Strategy Days are designed specifically for female founders ready to elevate their businesses. During these immersive sessions, we map out a clear growth strategy for the next quarter, identify key revenue opportunities, and facilitate powerful connections and highlight the importance of being in the right rooms with like-minded women.
