Meet Stacey Engle, CEO of Twin Protocol Who Launched the World’s First Motivational AI Twin, “Digital Natasha”
Stacey Engle doesn’t just lead companies; she builds frameworks for the future. As CEO of Twin Protocol, Engle sits at the intersection of human capital and emerging technology, leveraging AI to amplify human impact on a global scale. With a deep background in leadership development and a “human-first” approach to blockchain, she is redefining how the world shares knowledge and protects data sovereignty. Engle is a visionary dedicated to ensuring that as technology accelerates, the human element remains at the center of the evolution.
What led you to technology?
My path into technology began with a fascination for the human side of it.
I spent the early part of my career in leadership development and human capital, helping organizations transform how leaders communicate, make decisions, and build cultures that scale. At 33, I became President of a global leadership training organization, working with executives in Fortune 500 companies.
That experience naturally led me into coaching, and I founded the process Authority Lab™, where I work with leaders as they redefine their career and stay aligned with who they are and the impact they want to have. My work has always centered on differentiating through the human side of innovation: helping leaders clarify their voice, their knowledge, and the value they bring.
Working closely with founders and builders at the forefront of emerging technologies gave me a front-row seat to the next set of questions: how do we protect human knowledge and ownership as these technologies scale? How do we make sure to build something meaningful?
Those questions ultimately pulled me deeper into the frontier of AI and blockchain. I began advising companies in emerging technology and eventually helped launch and lead Twin Protocol with amazing people in the space. We are building infrastructure designed to ensure that as AI scales, human knowledge and identity remain protected and empowered.
Tell us about Twin Protocol.
Twin Protocol is building the infrastructure for the next era of digital identity. We are entering a world where every expert, creator, educator, and leader will have the ability to create an AI-powered digital twin. This twin is an intelligent representation of their knowledge, voice, and expertise that can interact with people globally.
The problem is that today’s AI systems often extract knowledge without clear ownership or economic participation for the people who created it. Twin Protocol was designed to solve that. We provide the framework that allows individuals to store and structure their expertise in the Twin Vault, a decentralized data vault that powers their AI twin. That vault powers their AI while ensuring they retain control of their intellectual property, data, and digital identity.
By combining artificial intelligence with decentralized infrastructure, we are enabling people to scale their knowledge responsibly and securely. In many ways, we are building the rails for a new category of digital identity, one where humans remain the owners of what they create.
How are you leveraging AI to amplify human impact on a global scale?
For most of history, knowledge has been constrained by geography and time. A brilliant teacher could only reach the students in the room. A powerful mentor could only guide the people they had direct access to. Artificial intelligence changes that.
Through AI twins, human expertise can scale globally. A leader, educator, or creator can share their knowledge with millions of people simultaneously while preserving the authenticity of their voice and ideas.
AI twins can also communicate across languages instantly, allowing ideas to travel globally in ways that were never previously possible. At Twin Protocol, we see AI as a multiplier for human wisdom and impact. It allows one person’s insights, experience, and perspective to reach the world in profoundly new ways.
What does the “human-centered” digital future look like?
A human-centered digital future is one where individuals remain the authors and owners of their digital identity. That means people own their data. They control how their knowledge is used. They participate in the value created from their ideas.
It also means that technology amplifies human individuality rather than erasing it. The goal should never be to create systems where people become interchangeable inputs for algorithms. The next generation of digital infrastructure must prioritize agency, transparency, and trust.
As a mother of two young boys, I consider this in everything I do. The decisions we make about AI today will shape how future generations work, learn, and define themselves. The future of technology should not just be intelligent. It should be deeply human.
Tell us about working with Natasha Graziano and Larry Namer to launch the World’s First Motivational AI Twin, “Digital Natasha.” How did you connect, and what was the process?
Natasha Graziano has built one of the most influential platforms in the world of personal development. Her work centers on helping people transform their mindset and take ownership of their future. She is an absolute inspiration, and it has been such an honor working with her.
When we began talking, we saw an opportunity to expand her impact dramatically. With our amazing partnership with Angel Twin, we created Digital Natasha, the world’s first motivational AI twin. The idea was to allow people anywhere in the world to interact conversationally with Natasha’s teachings, and have them be accessible at any time. The process involved training the AI on Natasha’s voice, philosophies, and coaching frameworks so the experience reflected her authentic guidance.
Larry Namer, founder of E! Entertainment Television, is also an inspiration and helped shape the broader vision for the project. His experience building global media platforms helped us think through how AI personalities can reach audiences at scale.
The result is a new category of engagement where influential voices can interact with their communities in ways that were previously impossible.

How is this a catalyst for AI Twins worldwide? What is your vision for Digital Natasha and other digital individuals to follow?
Digital Natasha is an early signal of what is coming. We are entering a world where individuals can create digital extensions of themselves. Their AI twins will allow their knowledge, personality, and expertise to interact with people across time and geography.
This technology will reshape education, mentorship, media, and even legacy. Imagine learning directly from the wisdom of today’s leading thinkers decades from now. Imagine experts sharing guidance with millions of people simultaneously while still maintaining ownership of their intellectual property.
Digital Natasha is the first step in that direction. Our vision is that AI twins become a new category of digital identity, one that empowers individuals rather than platforms.

What is your vision for Twin Protocol in 2026?
AI twins will become a foundational layer of the digital economy. Our vision for Twin Protocol is to become the infrastructure powering that ecosystem. We are thrilled to continue launching more AI twins with partners like Angel Twin.
We are building a global network where individuals can create, manage, and scale their AI twins while maintaining ownership of their knowledge and digital identity. This includes expanding technology and partnerships to onboard influential creators and educators, and continuing to lead the conversation around ethical AI.
More broadly, our mission is simple: as artificial intelligence becomes more powerful, the individuals behind the knowledge must remain empowered participants in the value it creates.
That is the future we are building.
