Stacie Nicole Haynes is a Spiritual Guide, Healer, Teacher, and Ritual Master who believes that becoming who you truly are should be profound—but it should also be joyful.

For nearly a decade, Stacie has walked an initiatory path within the ancient lineage of King Salomon through the Modern Mystery School, immersing herself in the timeless arts of healing, meditation, ritual, initiation, and the ancient mandate to Know Thyself.

Today, she brings those ancient tools into the modern world, working with people who may already have successful, full lives but still hear that quiet inner voice saying, There has to be more.

Known for blending spiritual depth with warmth, playfulness, and a refreshingly grounded approach, Stacie helps people uncover the blind spots and patterns keeping them small, activate more of their innate potential, and build lives with greater purpose, joy, meaning, and connection to the Divine.

Her work isn’t about escaping ordinary life in pursuit of something “spiritual.” It’s about becoming more fully alive within it.

At the heart of Stacie’s work is a belief she returns to again and again: there is far more within us than we’ve been taught to believe. Sometimes we simply need the tools—and the courage—to remember.

Share your personal path that led you to service.

My path to service began with my own search for something more.

I was raised Christian and have always had a relationship with God, but I’ve also always been deeply curious about spirituality and the mysteries of life. For years, I explored different traditions, practices, and ways of understanding the Divine. I wasn’t necessarily looking for a new religion. I think I was looking for home.

Then, after my divorce in 2016, I gave myself what I now affectionately call my “sabbatical year.” My life had changed dramatically, and for the first time I had the space to really ask myself: Who am I? What am I here to do?

I kept receiving the same message: You’re here to do more. You’re here to help people.

Eventually, that search led me to the Modern Mystery School and to my first Life Activation. I had no idea at the time how profoundly that decision would redirect my life. I went on to take Empower Thyself and receive initiation into the lineage of King Salomon. What began as my own journey of healing and self discovery slowly became a life of service.

Nearly a decade later, I still feel a tremendous sense of wonder about this path.

I think that’s one of the reasons I love working with people who have that little whisper inside them saying, There has to be more than this.

I know that whisper very well.

Tell us about Life Activation. Take us through your classes.

Life Activation is usually where I tell people, “Start here.”

It’s an ancient energy healing modality passed down through the lineage of King Salomon. I describe it as helping awaken more of the potential that is already inside you. That’s important to me because I don’t believe you need to become some shinier, more “spiritual” version of yourself. The potential is already there. The work is about helping you access more of it.

My own Life Activation was the beginning of an enormous shift in my life, which is one reason I still love facilitating it for others.

From there, there is an entire progression of study for someone who wants to go deeper.

The foundational class I teach is Empower Thyself, a two day experience that introduces ancient teachings and practical spiritual tools that students can actually use in their everyday lives. It culminates in an initiation into the lineage of King Salomon.

After Empower Thyself, students can continue into classes such as Sacred Geometry, Astral Travel, Journeys of the Spirit, and 12 Magical Beings, along with meditation, healing, and other areas of study.

What I love about this system is that it’s not about collecting fascinating spiritual information. It’s about transformation. You receive tools, you practice them, you apply them to your life, and you discover for yourself what changes.

I’m much more interested in helping someone become empowered than helping them become dependent on me.

How does your work stand out?

I think one of the biggest differences is that I don’t see myself as anyone’s guru.

I’m a Guide.

There is a very meaningful distinction between those two things for me. My job isn’t to tell you who you are or what your life should look like. My job is to give you tools, ask good questions, sometimes lovingly point out the thing you would rather not look at, and help you strengthen your own connection with yourself and with God.

The work I practice also comes from an ancient initiatory tradition. These aren’t techniques I’ve invented or collected from a dozen different places. I have spent nearly a decade studying, practicing, receiving initiation, traveling for training, and learning how to properly hand these tools down to others.

But I also don’t think spirituality has to be terribly serious all the time!

I love beauty. I love laughter. I love play. I love making sacred spaces feel warm and welcoming. You can have profound conversations about God, purpose, and transformation and still laugh until your stomach hurts.

The sacred and the joyful belong together.

What do you love most about your work?

The moment someone’s eyes light up.

There’s this beautiful moment when a person recognizes something within themselves that they couldn’t quite see before. Maybe they realize they’re more capable than they thought. Maybe they finally trust an inner knowing they’ve been ignoring. Maybe they reconnect with God. Maybe they simply remember that they’re allowed to want more from their life.

I get a front row seat to those moments.

And I never want to become numb to how extraordinary that is.

I also love watching what happens over time. Someone may first come to me for a Life Activation, then begin studying, develop a spiritual practice, make different choices, become more confident, discover their purpose, and eventually begin serving others themselves.

Watching someone become more themselves is one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Share the lessons you have learned during your journey.

Oh goodness, how much space do we have? Ha!

One of my biggest lessons has been that transformation and perfection are not the same thing.

A spiritual path doesn’t mean you stop being human. You still have blind spots. You still get triggered. You still make mistakes. You still have relationships that challenge you. The difference is that eventually you become willing to look at yourself honestly and ask, What is this here to teach me?

I’ve also learned that service requires replenishment. I can’t pour beauty, love, and presence into other people’s lives if I’m completely disconnected from those things in my own. Nature, prayer, meditation, beauty, laughter, healing, and wonder aren’t luxuries for me. They help me remain available to my work.

And perhaps the biggest lesson has been trust.

Trust God. Trust the path. Trust the timing. Trust the quiet voice inside you that knows when something is right, even when you don’t yet understand where it’s leading.

Some of the most important decisions of my life made very little sense on paper when I made them.

I’m grateful I made them anyway.

What will people notice when working with you?

Probably that I ask a lot of questions!

I’m genuinely fascinated by people. I want to know what makes you come alive, what you’re afraid of, what you’re dreaming about, what keeps repeating in your life, and what you suspect might be possible for you if you stopped holding yourself back.

People will also notice that I’m warm, but I’m direct. I’m not interested in telling someone what they want to hear simply because it’s comfortable. Love and accountability can exist in the same room.

And there will probably be laughter.

The work can go very deep, but I want people to feel safe enough to be human with me. There can be tears, breakthroughs, and sacred experiences. Five minutes later, we may be laughing.

Ultimately, I hope people notice that I genuinely believe in them.

Not in a fluffy “you’re perfect exactly as you are” kind of way, but in a much bigger way.

I believe there is more inside you.

And I will hold that possibility with you while you learn to see it for yourself.

“Stacie is so wonderful!! I’ll be honest, I was a skeptic at first. But my sister had some sessions with her and she came home a new woman, so I was intrigued.

I gave Stacie a call and that ended up being one of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made. I had been totally stuck in a rut for months and somehow she broke me out of it and opened up my mind and heart to a whole new way of living.

Stacie is doing such important work. Just give her a call. You’ll be so glad you did.”

Cassandra Johnson

“I came to a point where my whole feeling and thinking system was getting to be too much for me. I knew that I wanted help, but with the right person. God introduced me to Stacie. He knew she was the one I needed.

What are the odds of meeting her while I’m at work as a patient in a dental office! Her positive and pure heart attitude is what caught my attention. From that moment, I knew she was the one.

I completed the Life Activation a month ago, and let me say Stacie has worked wonders! She has given me an understanding of what life and beauty should really be. Life has started to shift for me and my boys.

I honestly can’t thank the man above and Stacie enough for giving me this opportunity to change my life for the better for me and my boys, giving us the life we desire. Much love, Stacie.”
