Your journey has been one of transformation and reinvention. Share the challenges, triumphs, and turning points.
My transformation journey started in 2020, when the world hit pause and life as I knew it changed overnight. After nearly a decade of owning a successful salon, I was forced to shut my doors during the pandemic. Ten months later, I made the very difficult decision to close for good. And just like that, I was no longer “Tracy from Just Blow Drys.” I was left asking myself the big questions: Who am I now? What’s next for me? That moment became the catalyst for the powerful reinvention that followed. All the steps in my program are the steps I’ve personally taken to reinvent myself.

The Redesign Your Life Transformation System™ is my signature 6-month private coaching journey built on 3 powerful phases and 6 transformational steps. It’s designed for women 40+ who are ready to step into their next chapter with power and purpose. We start with an evaluation to see where they are feeling stuck. Then we work on clearing the clutter, “the old stories they’ve been living,” and we re-write their new story. This is an unapologetic reinvention – with purpose and passion.

What is your work rooted in? Please also share your philosophy in life and how it translates into your work.
My belief is that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself. I help women turn their pain into power and their setbacks into their greatest comebacks—because I’ve had to do it myself. My philosophy? Your past doesn’t define you—your next decision does. This is about transformation from the inside out, with mindset, scripting, and soul leading the way. I always say, “I used to transform women on the outside, now I transform them on the inside”
Can you share a few client stories of how you guided women to launching new businesses, reigniting passions, and cultivating self-love?
Lisa was in a decades-long career feeling totally burnt-out. She decided to leave her job and launch her dream wellness business. Through mindset work and scripting techniques, she went from burnout to being the CEO of her own brand.
Vanessa was laid off from her job. She was devastated and lost confidence in herself and her abilities. We worked on her mindset, reminding her that this moment does not define who she is. Over the 6 months working together, I saw her confidence skyrocket. Now she’s thinking about starting a business with a friend who also was recently laid off.
When Jill and I started working together, she was where I was in 2020. After a painful divorce, she felt like she had lost her voice and her identity in that marriage. She worked through my 6-step system, and during this time she found things she was passionate about, she gained more confidence and is now working on starting a non-profit clothing store for women who need professional outfits for interviews but don’t have the financial means to buy them.
